Crystal Run Healthcare announces its 2020 series of Smoking Cessation Classes to take place at the Practice’s Middletown office located at 155 Crystal Run Road.
Classes are held in 7-week modules and are offered free to the community. Each class provides smokers information on the physical addiction of nicotine, effects on the body, and methods of quitting, in addition to guidance on how to deal with stress and cravings, diet and exercise, and whole lifestyle changes to become smoke-free. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions to class.
