Providers Joining Practice Locations in Orange & Rockland Counties

Crystal Run Healthcare announces the addition of three new providers to the practice.  Joining Crystal Run Healthcare are:

Jalpa Shah, MD, is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist and earned her Medical Degree from New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. She completed her Residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY and Fellowship-training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Shah is Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is seeing patients in West Nyack.     

Erick E. Eichner OTR-L, is an Occupational Therapist and completed his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Sage Graduate School in Albany, NY.  He specializes in Occupational Therapy with clinical interests in upper extremity rehabilitation, splinting, and rehabilitation following surgical intervention. Erick is seeing patients in Middletown.

Gina L. DiCostanzo ACNP-BC, is a Nurse Practitioner and completed her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. She specializes in Allergy & Immunology and is seeing patients in West Nyack.
