The team also offers specialized services, including occupational therapy for children, which focuses on improving a child’s physical, sensory, motor, and cognitive skills.

Our services and facility features include:

Aqua Therapy/heated pool

Performed in a heated pool, aqua therapy uses the physical properties of water to assist in patient healing and exercise performance while reducing stress on the joints, decreasing swelling, and improving joint position awareness.

Occupational Therapy (OT)

OT incorporates meaningful and purposeful daily activities to enable people with limitations or impairments to participate in everyday life. Occupational therapists work with individuals, families, groups, and populations to facilitate health and well-being through engagement or re-engagement in activities.

Hand Therapy

This is a type of rehabilitation performed by an occupational or physical therapist on patients with conditions affecting the hands and arms.

Work Hardening

This is an occupational therapy program which involves using real or simulated work activities to restore physical and behavioral function. These programs are designed to return injured workers to the job they were doing before they became injured. If that’s not possible, the alternative goal is for patients to return to another type of work they performed in the past.

Physical Therapy

This involves treating injuries and issues related to anatomical deformities through physical methods, including exercise, therapeutic massage, stretching, and muscle strengthening. Physical therapy aims to ease pain and improve range of motion, mobility, and quality of life.
