About Me
What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
It is my joy and calling to use my knowledge and skills to help others prevent, prognosticate, and treat disease.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
I enjoy the intricacies of cardiovascular medicine and the pace with which it is ever-advancing. We live in a fortunate time that technology has helped us to diagnose, prevent and treat disease earlier and more effectively than ever before.
How do you connect with your patients?
To treat one patient is to treat everyone who they love and who love them, and everyone they will interact with going forward. It is important to me that my patients understand that I see them as human beings first and patients second. I believe that being amicable, available, and apt to my patients are the key ingredients for the service I can provide them.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
Basketball, chess
What is your advice for your patients?
Disease prevention and lifestyle modification is the most important initial treatment.
