In 1996, Crystal Run Healthcare started as a small multi-specialty group medical practice. With a dedicated focus on meeting the needs of our patients and community, and the delivery of value-based care, Crystal Run has now grown to include a dozen state-of-the-art locations in 3 counties, with more than 50 specialties and 375-plus world-class physicians and advanced practice clinicians. We serve over 350,000 patients throughout New York State’s Hudson Valley and Lower Catskill region.
