Crystal Run Healthcare Employees Support Local Communities with Backpacks and School Supply Donations
Crystal Run Healthcare’s 18th annual Backpacks for Hope Drive brought in hundreds of donations for local students. Through the month of August, providers and staff purchased and donated backpacks and school supplies to families in need across Orange, Sullivan, and Rockland Counties. The Backpacks for Hope Drive is one of many philanthropic programs supported by Crystal Run Healthcare providers and staff to give back to the local communities and patients they serve.
Since 2007, from Crystal Run Healthcare’s physicians, providers and staff have been purchasing school supplies for local organizations. Over the years, Crystal Run Healthcare has expanded this initiative with support of local organizations, including the Town of Wallkill Boys and Girls Clubs, Newburgh Armory Unity Center and People to People.
