Vincent Moscato, MD, is an Ophthalmologist who specializes in comprehensive eye care as well as routine and complex cataract surgery. He earned his Medical Degree from University at Buffalo, Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Science in Buffalo, NY, and completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Science, in Newark, NJ. As a local provider having grown up in Orange County, NY, Dr. Moscato is passionate about caring for the residents of his community. He is providing care to patients in Middletown and Rock Hill.
