Courtney Welyczko RN, BSN, MBA, CMPE

Courtney Welyczko, RN, BSN, MBA, CMPE is the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Crystal Run Healthcare. Courtney is a graduate of the SUNY Orange Nursing Program where she earned her Associate in Applied Science degree. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY New Paltz and is a certified Oncology Nurse. Courtney earned her Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ. Courtney has also earned the professional designation of Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) by the American College of Medical Practice Executives, the certifying entity of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). 

Courtney began her career as a Medical-Surgical/Oncology nurse, joining Crystal Run Healthcare as an Oncology Infusion RN, where she worked from 2005-2009. She continued to pursue leadership opportunities within her organization and in 2009 began her journey as a Nursing Leader, holding the position of Assistant Director of Nursing. In 2014, Courtney was promoted to Director of Medical Specialties and, in 2021, Courtney took on a new position as the Director of Clinical Operations. Courtney is now Vice President of Clinical Operations, overseeing Clinical Service Lines throughout the practice.

As a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She enjoys reading, swimming, cycling, and exploring all the Hudson Valley has to offer.
