What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

I was encouraged by my mother to become a doctor. She is an Optometrist. I also took a career aptitude test in middle school stating I would be best suited for engineering or healthcare.

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

I enjoy problem solving and chose my specialty because of the work/life balance.

How do you connect with your patients?

I take time to speak with patients and make sure they understand the information I provide.

What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

Exercising, fishing, hiking, cooking/baking, learning new things.
