Attention Patients:

Due to the icy conditions expected, ALL CRHC offices and Urgent Care locations will open at 9AM on Friday, January 31, 2025. Please read full notice for patients and staff.

If you have an appointment scheduled before 9AM on 1/31, a member of our clinical team will reach out to you to reschedule your appointment.

Attention Staff re; Epic Training: 

Morning Classes - All Epic training classes scheduled for 8AM in Middletown on Friday, January 31 will also have a delayed start. Classes will now begin at 9AM.  

Afternoon Classes - For those attending afternoon classes in Middletown on 1/31, you will be notified via email if your class is delayed.
