Crystal Run Healthcare Extends 2019 Series of Smoking Cessation Classes in Orange and Sullivan Counties

Crystal Run Healthcare extends its 2019 series of Smoking Cessation Classes in Orange and Sullivan Counties, being held at the practice’s Middletown, Newburgh, and Rock Hill facilities located at 155 Crystal Run Road, 1200 Route 300, and 61 Emerald Place, respectively.

Classes are held in 7-week modules and are offered free to the community. Each class provides smokers information on the physical addiction of nicotine, effects on the body, and methods of quitting, in addition to guidance on how to deal with stress and cravings, diet and exercise, and whole lifestyle changes to become smoke-free. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions to class.
