Crystal Run Healthcare Partners with Rockland County Center of the Arts to Present the “Visions of Awareness” Exhibit
Exhibit Running October 13th-November 24th
Crystal Run Healthcare has partnered with Rockland County Center for the Arts, The Association for the Visually Impaired in Rockland, and Quiet Events to sponsor the “Visions of Awareness” Exhibit. The exhibit will showcase art created by legally blind and low vision artists as well as tactile sighted artists to explore vision and seeing creatively. The Crystal Run Vision Lab will be open for the duration of the exhibit where participants can answer “What does vision mean to you?” through art. Ophthalmologists, Tony Choi, MD and Russell Levine, MD, from Crystal Run Healthcare in West Nyack, were onsite October 21st offering free eye screenings. On November 4th they will again be onsite from 12-4pm offering free preliminary vision screenings to check for visual acuity and glaucoma.
