Middletown, N.Y. – July 17, 2017 – Crystal Run Healthcare announces the addition of eight new providers to the practice. Joining Crystal Run Healthcare are:
George Bonifant, MD earned his Medical Degree from Ross University School of Medicine in New Brunswick, NJ and completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at New York Medical College – Brookdale Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and completed Fellowship training in Nephrology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine – St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York, NY. Dr. Bonifant specializes in Nephrology and is seeing patients in Newburgh and West Nyack.
Neel Khanna, MD, MPH earned his Medical Degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where he also completed his Residency in Internal Medicine. He holds Board Certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology, and is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). Dr. Khanna completed Fellowship training in Cardiology at NYMC/Westchester Medical Center, and in Interventional Cardiology at Lenox Hill Hospital. He specializes in Interventional Cardiology and is seeing patients in Monroe and Newburgh.
Bryan Kleinman, DO earned his Medical Degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY and completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and completed Fellowship training in Gastroenterology at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Kleinman specializes in Gastroenterology and is seeing patients in Middletown, Monroe, and Newburgh.
Ronni Levy, MD earned his Medical Degree at University of Innsbruck Medical School in Innsbruck, Austria and completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. He is Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine and completed Fellowship training in Nephrology at Columbia University and in Critical Care Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, NY. Dr. Levy specializes in Critical Care Medicine and will provide care for hospitalized patients.
Eric Lonergan, MD earned his Medical Degree from the University of Vermont, College of Medicine in Burlington, VT and completed his Residency in Family Practice at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Lonergan will see patients via Urgent Care in Crystal Run’s Monroe and Newburgh locations.
Heather Pajak, OTD, OTR/L earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA and earned her Master of Science Degree, also in Occupational Therapy, at Misericordia University in Dallas, PA. Dr. Pajak specializes in Occupational Therapy where she will bring over eight years of experience to the practice.
Yesenia Sanz, AGACNP-BC completed her Master of Science in Nursing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner studies at Texas Woman’s University in Houston, TX. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Critical Care Medicine and will provide care to Crystal Run patients in the hospital setting.
Rebecca Tiger, PA earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, NJ. She is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Urgent Care and is seeing patients at Crystal Run’s Monroe, Newburgh, and West Nyack Urgent Care locations.
