Simone Reynolds, MSN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in cardiology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY. Her clinical interests include cardiology. Ms. Reynolds is currently seeing patients in our 155 Middletown location.
