DR. STEPHEN A. KLEIN, FORMERLY OF HEALTHMED PLUS JOINS CRYSTAL RUN HEALTHCARE
Suffern, N.Y. – June 29, 2015 – Crystal Run Healthcare is pleased to announce that Stephen A. Klein, MD, formally of HealthMed Plus, has joined its multi-specialty group medical practice. Dr. Klein has been providing the residents of Rockland County with high-quality, primary care for over twenty-five years. Dr. Klein joins Crystal Run along with Family Nurse Practitioner, Leslie G. Cooper, FNP-BC, allowing them to offer their patients the ease and convenience of Crystal Run’s comprehensive, coordinated model of care.
Dr. Stephen Klein and Leslie Cooper, FNP-BC will continue to see patients in their offices located at 200 Route 59 in Suffern. The phone number will also remain the same, 845-369-9300. Dr. Klein joins Crystal Run’s already establish team of Primary Care providers that have several offices in Rockland, Orange and Sullivan Counties.

Stephen A. Klein, MD, is board certified in Internal Medicine. He received her Medical Degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY and completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Lincoln Hospital in Bronx, NY.
Leslie G. Cooper, FNP-BC, is board a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, The NYS Nurse Practitioner Association and National Association of School Nurses.
