What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

I remember wanting to work in healthcare from a young age. When I was five, my parents gave me a toy doctor kit which sparked my interest. However, it was my desire to have a positive impact on people's lives and find meaning in my own life that truly inspired me to become a medical provider.


What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

I enjoy treating both common chronic conditions and rare endocrine system disorders that affect the entire body. I chose this specialty because I have a strong clinical interest in these medical conditions and a desire to assist patients in achieving their best possible health given their circumstances.

How do you connect with your patients?

I connect with each patient on a case-by-case basis, assessing their unique needs before providing care instead of following a predetermined plan.


What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

Outside the office, my interests include traveling, yoga, meditation, hiking, and anything related to well-being.

What is your advice for your patients?

To keep a balance in everything including diet, exercise, and restful sleep.
