What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

I first became interested in healthcare when I noticed how much of a difference compassion and listening can make in patient care.

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

I chose family medicine because it allows me to care for patients of all ages, build long-term relationships, and manage a wide variety of conditions. This specialty lets me focus on prevention, continuity of care, and lifelong learning.

How do you connect with your patients?

I connect with my patients by listening closely, understanding their concerns, and involving them in decisions about their care.

What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking, cooking, and exploring new places and experiences.

What is your advice for your patients?

I most often encourage my patients to focus on prevention and healthy lifestyle choices—staying active, eating well, and staying engaged in their own care.
