In 1996, Crystal Run Healthcare started as a small multi-specialty group medical practice. What is an example of these patient benefits and when should I expect them to start?

Now powered by Optum, we’re excited to share that we’ve made a significant investment in our Electronic Health Record (EHR). We are moving to a new EHR platform, called Epic and also introducing MyChart, the leading-edge patient portal in March 2025.

The new MyChart patient portal will simplify your experience by offering a best-in-class patient experience to schedule appointments and check in online, view test results and health summaries, download medical records, pay bills, request medication refills and send secure messages to your doctors. In January, we’ll share more information with you on what to expect as we prepare for a smooth launch to your new patient portal.

Additionally, Crystal Run patients will have access to Optum Perks, a free program that provides discounts to help you save money on prescription medications.

Together we will continue to identify ways to make the care you receive even easier and more affordable.
