About Me

What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

Being raised in a family with medical background, I was inspired by my parents who are helping patients. The joy and fulfillment from seeing the patients making progress in their health and being a part of their journey, is what made me decided to become a physician.

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

I chose Internal Medicine because it gives me the chance to be the primary doctor for the patients, where I get to know the whole picture of their health, the challenges and barriers to their health, which I believe is important in coming up with the plan to achieve their goal.

How do you connect with your patients?

I believe listening carefully and respectfully is the key to connect with the patients. It is important to create an environment where they are comfortable to share their stories and concerns.

What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

Travel, Food, Pets

What is your advice for your patients?

Healthcare starts with prevention. Have a primary care physician. Keep up-to-date with recommended screenings and vaccinations.
