About Me
What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
My aunt, who was a pediatrician, gave me her stethoscope when I was 6 years old and since that age I pictured myself as a doctor.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
I like being a surgeon and primary care doctor at the same time. And I always wanted to make a difference in the lives of women.
How do you connect with your patients?
First, I listen to all of their concerns and complaints and then I make a plan with them to improve their health.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
I love spending time with my family, my husband and my two kids. We try to do things together, going to the movies, hiking, reading and playing table games.
What is your advice for your patients?
I always advise my patients to try to keep a healthy lifestyle: eat healthy, exercise, quit smoking and not to drink excessively.
