In the 25 years since Crystal Run Healthcare was founded, our organization has grown dramatically. In the words of our founder, Dr. Hal Teitelbaum, summarizing the work of what is now more than 2400 people over the past 25 years would take about 24 years. Instead, we would like to simply thank our patients for putting their trust in us. We would like to thank our 400+ exceptional physicians and providers who practice academic quality health care in more than 50 medical and surgical specialties with the passion that drove them to become doctors in the first place. 

Here at Crystal Run, the same passion drives us all, from our physicians and surgeons to our nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, technicians, and administrative staff. Their commitment to coordinated care this past 25 years has helped us not only change healthcare but also change lives in our community.
