Shannon O’Keeffe, ANCP, is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Dermatology at Crystal Run Healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the College of Mount St. Vincent in Bronx, NY. She earned her Master of Science in Acute Care Nursing at the New York University School of Nursing in New York, NY. Shannon is seeing patients in Goshen and Newburgh, NY.
Katrina Grandolfo, FNP-BC, is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Cardiology and Electrophysiology. She completed her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing in Addison, IL. Her clinical interests include Cardiac Arrhythmia Disorder and Structural Heart Disease. Katrina is primarily seeing patients in Middletown, NY.
Adeel Masood, MD, is a Hospital Medicine physician Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He earned his Medical Degree at King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Joseph Mercy Oakland in Pontiac, MI. Dr. Masood has clinical interests in Internal Medicine, Cancer Epidemiology, and Preventive medicine and is providing care to patients at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital as part of Crystal Run Healthcare’s Hospital Medicine Program.
Rajendra Mannava MD, is a Hospital Medicine physician Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He earned his Medical Degree at Guntur Medical College in Gunter, India. He completed his Internal Medicine Residencies at Mount Sinai/Bronx VA Hospital & North Central Bronx Hospital in Bronx, NY, and at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV. Dr. Mannava completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai/Bronx VA Hospital & North Central Bronx Hospital in Bronx, NY. He has clinical interests in treating as many patients as possible and helping them in whatever way he can, and is providing care to patients at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital as part of Crystal Run Healthcare’s Hospital Medicine Program.
