DR. JUDITH STAVIS AND DR. HELEN HOSTIN, FORMERLY OF COMPREHENSIVE OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY JOIN CRYSTAL RUN HEALTHCARE
Pomona and Nyack, N.Y. – May 6, 2015 – Crystal Run Healthcare is pleased to announce that Judith A. Stavis, MD and Helen Hostin, MD, both formally of Comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynecology, have joined its multi-specialty group medical practice. Drs. Stavis and Hostin have been providing the residents of Pomona and Nyack and surrounding areas with high-quality, obstetrics and gynecological (OBGYN) care for many years. They join Crystal Run along with Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), Tara Scaglione, allowing them to offer their patients the ease and convenience of Crystal Run’s comprehensive, coordinated model of care.
Dr. Judith Stavis, Dr. Helen Hostin and Tara Scaglione, CNM will continue to see patients in their offices located at 26 Firemans Memorial Drive, Suite 120 in Pomona and at 160 North Midland Avenue in Nyack. The phone number will also remain the same, 845-362-5900 and can be used to schedule appointments with any provider. Drs. Stavis and Hostin join Crystal Run’s already establish OBGYN and Women’s Health division that have several offices in Orange and Sullivan Counties.

Judith A. Stavis, MD, is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her Medical Degree from Cornell University Medical College in New York, NY and completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Helen Hostin, MD, is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her Medical Degree from New York University School of Medicine in New York, NY and completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the New York Medical College/Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York, NY. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Tara Scaglione, CNM, is board a certified Midwife. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Certified Nurse Midwife Degree from Columbia University in New York, NY. She is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
