Hospital Medicine Program Brings Crystal Run Physicians to St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital

News/Releases

On July 9th, Crystal Run Healthcare began leading the hospital medicine program at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital under the leadership of Eduardo N. Pinto, MD, FACP, SFHM, Program Director of Hospital Medicine. Hospitalists are physicians with expertise in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases and are familiar with every aspect of the hospital-based medical care. Hospitalists partner with other hospital-based physicians and specialists to ensure patients receive the care they need. Crystal Run Healthcare has developed a robust Hospital Medicine program at several area hospitals and will now provide inpatient care to patients admitted to St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital from Crystal Run Healthcare and other practices in the surrounding community.

“Crystal Run Healthcare is excited to have the opportunity to administer the hospital medicine program at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital,” said Jonathan F. Nasser, MD, Chief Clinical Transformation Officer and Medical Director. “We look forward to partnering with the medical staff and hospital administration and are honored to be entrusted with the care of their patients. We are confident that the experience we bring in hospital medicine will ensure high quality, patient-centered care for the St. Luke’s Cornwall community.”
