About Me
What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
My mother is in healthcare, and I remember visiting her in the hospital while she was working when I was a young child. I remember how fascinating it was to see her work, and I knew that I wanted to be a part of that field.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
Infectious Disease affects every organ and every system. Often times we have to think outside the box. It definitely keeps things interesting.
How do you connect with your patients?
I like giving patients time to tell their story. It's amazing what they will share with you if you just listen to what they're saying.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
None
What is your advice for your patients?
Call if you have any questions. They have to know that you're available to speak with them outside of the office visit.
