What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

When I was younger, my mother moved in with my grandparents to help take care of them. I saw how much she and the home health aides and nurses did for them. I wanted to learn more and become a better advocate for not only my family but my community as well.

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

I not only want to share my knowledge and struggles with my patients about my healthy lifestyle journey but also help educate and encourage them on their own journey to a healthier lifestyle.

How do you connect with your patients?

I connect by being caring and empathetic. Each patient is unique and I am here to listen to them and their needs.

What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

I enjoy working out at the gym, hiking, spending time with my family and friends, and exploring different areas in the Hudson Valley.
