What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

My mother is an RN and I watched her help many people as a young child.

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

I love watching patients improve over time. I fell into orthopedics, but am happy I did.

I try to be patient and sympathetic with their concerns.
