Optum Radiology at Crystal Run Healthcare
We are proud to share that Optum has made a significant investment in our Radiology services to improve patient care and access to leading-edge technology.
Our fellowship-trained electrophysiologists specialize in the diagnosis of arrhythmia/electrical disorders of the heart and treat them both non-invasively and invasively. Using electrophysiologic (EP) studies to record and evaluate the electrical activity of the heart, electrophysiologists treat many conditions including atrial/ventricular fibrillation, bradycardia, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), and other cardiac arrhythmias. Patients with these disorders frequently complain of palpitations, dizziness and blackouts.
Commonly Evaluated Conditions
Atrial fibrillation/AF management and evaluation including blood thinner (anticoagulation) management, antiarrhythmic medication management, and ablation procedures
Expertise on anticoagulation options and management for stroke prevention
Control of symptoms of palpitations or irregular/skipping heart beats
Management options for maintaining a normal electrical rhythm (sinus rhythm) including medicine options with antiarrhythmic medications or procedural options (ablation)
