Welcome to Psychiatry at Crystal Run Healthcare. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental health disorders. At Crystal Run, our psychiatrists are board certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

People have different psychiatric needs at different ages and stages of life. We take a multi-disciplinary, integrated approach to mental health and wellness, providing coordinated care for patients of all ages. Our child psychiatrists work in collaboration with child therapists to provide comprehensive care for children three years old and up. We also provide coordinated psychiatric care for adults and geriatric patients.

Our psychiatrists focus on optimizing the mental health of patients through medication management (psychopharmacology) and psychotherapy (or “talk therapy”).

With access to Crystal Run’s state -of-the-art laboratories and diagnostic imaging, our psychiatrists can order laboratory tests and neuroimaging on site and can access all of your important medical information through our shared Electronic Health Records (EHR). This helps ensure a seamless continuum of care.
